Dissapointed

I ordered from loot before and was impressed with their service. So I ordered a Christmas gift hoping it will be delivered before Christmas. They used FedEx as a delivery company. I was so disappointed with their service. Firstly my tracking order did not work, so I could not track the order and make sure I am at the delivery adress when it arrive. So I called their customer service. They insured me that it will be delivered on the 24th. I waited at the delivery adress until 16:00 and called the customer service again. The delivery man was apparently at the adress and I was not there. No phone call to say that he is at the door, he just assumed I am not there like I am going to wait in the street the whole day untill he arrives? And the delivery man cannot be reached when I am trying to call him. So no Christmas gift then. I am very disappointed. I am not even sure my package will ever be delivered because what are the chances of me and the delivery guy being exactly at the same place at the same time if no one can call each other?
