Dispatch date increased from 4-8 to 13 working days

<p>Ordered a book on 22nd August and was given a dispatch date of 1 September. I called in the week of the 29th to get an update on my order as loot.co.za had not been updating me on me order. The lady told me that the new dispatch date is 29 August. I called on the 29th for another update and another lady told me that the dispatch date is still 1 September. On 1 September around 2pm, I called again and was told that they are expecting the book that day and they'll send me an update if it's late. I received an email informing me that the new dispatch date is 8 September. This means that I'll have to wait another 1-3 working days before it'll be delivered. I don't believe Loot is solely to blame for this but I would've appreciated an update earlier than the dispatch date to let me know that it might be late. I doubt I'll order from them again.</p>
