Dispatch date given, was not on time - Order still not dispatch & now they can't tell me when i will eventually receive it.

<p>Good day,</p> <p>Order nr: CTWY-122-B270</p> <p>I am very unhappy with this order - When i phoned on Monday, I was told that there was no delays on this order - I phoned again on Tuesday, the lady i spoke to said it will definitely be dispatch on the 14/12/2016??? When i phoned this morning I spoke to Trudy, she said she will find out what is going on and get back to me.</p> <p>She phoned me back right now.</p> <p>Apparently there is now a delay on the suppliers side??? And they can give her a time - maybe next week????</p> <p>MAYBE is not working for me!! You can't advertise something and say that it will get shipped within 5 - 7 days with the dispatch date 14/12/2016? And now they don't know when it will be received at Loot, neither shipped??</p> <p>This is a Christmas present we ordered on the 05/12/2016, today is the 15/12/2016, and now Loot is saying that I won't receive it by Christmas?</p> <p>This is unacceptable, you can't do this!!!</p> <p>I need this delivered on time!
