Dishonest

Dishonest and in contravention of the Consumer Protection Act. Dishonest. Listed an item on bidorbuy, the price went up on their own website but they clearly forgot to change the price everywhere else. I ordered the item and after a few days it was cancelled due to ‘supplier out of stock’. The same item is still on their own website at the ridiculously high price and available to order. I think someone forgot to change the price on bidorbuy, realized their mistake and cancelled the order just so that they wouldn’t have to honor the original listing price. Adding to that the customer ‘care’ person whom I spoke with had all kinds of neat tricks to try and convince me that what happened isn’t the case and inferred that getting past her to get to a higher up wasn’t going to happen. ***** company. AVOID.
