Dishonest communication

Disgusting service. I ordered a cot for my baby that is about to be born in a week and made sure to communicate that I needed it before the lockdown. I phoned and emailed them to check that I would be able to get it from them as it was urgent. I was assured that it would be delivered. Here we are - no cot for my child, no refund and no means to get one before she is born. Bravo for your ***** service Loot - way to make a stressful time even worse with your dishonest information.
