Disgusting service from Loot

Shocking service from Loot. Ordered three items on 29 April, one arrived two weeks later, one on back order and an email almost two weeks ago to say the other would be on its way the next day. We’ve emailed three times and not a single reply. This is not the first time we’ve had a bad experience with them. I will NEVER order from Loot again and will make sure all my friends and family hear of my bad experience. I am DONE. In a struggling economy you’d think they need the business, clearly not
