Disgusting service

I placed an order for items on 23 March. While I fully understand we have been in lockdown, since then we have had no communication re this order that we are stilll waiting on. You cannot call Loot and they DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. I am disgusted at their service. These were gifts that someone else paid for. I would just appreciate some feedback re this order. Their competitors are managing to fulfill orders and return emails. I will never use loot again
