Disgusting service and no way of contacting

Absolutely pathetic. Placed a order was told delivery would be next day. 10 days later and still waiting. Cant call their support line because they have message saying they not taking calls. Have emailed and no response. Step up your game or step out. Never again. Please dont anyone use loot they are pathetic.
