Disgusting service

What a service .I really really don't know where to begin with the treatment I'm getting from your company . Refer to the attached . My order is not complete, 2 items I bought are out of stock yet they were advertised available. Talk about false advertising.As if that was not enough, I arrange for someone to receive my order, because your SMS states 18:30 the latest. it's now 19:00 my order is not delivered yet, no communication whatsoever whether it's late or not going to be delivered today. I think this will be my first and last order with your company.Another thing, if and when I decide to order something with you, I am expecting to get the exact time of delivery. I'm a working individual and this arrangement of being told to expect my deliveries anytime from morning until 18H30 in the evening doesn't work for me.On top of that,your service doesn't allow me to track my order .So I just pay and wait for you to decide when you want to deliver my order . I'm not taking this anymore . I want my order today or give me my full refund.
