Disgusting pathetic service!!! Delays to deliver and then Wrong product delivered!!!

If there could be a zero star rating option that's what I'd rate this company. They are a bunch of *********** and lazy management without any sense of what customer centricity means! I thought I'd give them a chance as Momentum Multiply now list Loot as a partner & I've seen their ads over the years but its been an extremely frustrating, pressure rising and time consuming experience. The phones that I purchased should have arrived in 4-6 days as advertised but it took 3 weeks to arrive … during which I had to call every other day to follow up because no one from this company has bothered to call me and speak to me! Not 1 person in a month & yet I have spoken to about a dozen people and some individuals over 3 times!!! Then after receiving the phones I now find out that the picture displayed on the website is not the same colour as the description ??? *** - I mean really??? Have you ever seen an online store get something this simple yet critically important wrong??! so since last week I am still trying to get ahold of someone in their returns or management to either refund me or send me the correct colour phone I ordered! Disgusting pathetic service!!!
