Disgusted!!

I purchased a Dremel in July 2019 and returned the item in person for a warranty claim in March at Loot.co.za premises in Westlake. The item was booked in "for testing". I called in two weeks later, before the lockdown and was informed that the item had not yet been collected - I was informed that the supplier would be contacted and the item would be collected. Two months later, on 13 May I called again and was informed by "Kim" that the item had not yet been collected!!!! I was furious and demanded to know when this item was going to be attended to. "Kim" assured me she would follow up and call me the same day or send me an email to provide a status update on the matter. Two days later I am still waiting and no action has been taken. Beware potential shoppers - you might be able to make your purchases but if you have an issue with an item it will take a looooooong time, maybe never, to get your item repaired or replaced (like a snowball's chance in hell!!). Loot, your after sales service stinks and I am disgusted by your shoddiness. I will never shop with you again and should have gone to Takealot in the first place. In my naivety I opted to buy from you because your item was a few rand cheaper - now I am really paying the price.
