Disappointing service & unwillingness to take responsibility

I have bought from Loot before, but never again.

I have received an email that my package has been undelivered and now I have to re-order (I have been reimbursed with credit atleast) and pay for delivery again.

This is definitely a mistake, as both myself and the package receiver didn’t receive any call from the courier driver, even though the receiver called and they did say they will contact her, yet I must now take responsibility and be inconvenience through an error that was made by their courier.

After informing Loot about this issue, I was told to just re-order and pay again. So tired of companies not taking responsibility for their mistakes and customers paying the price for it.
