disappointing service from Loot.

I order 4 items from Loot on 22 June. It's now 24 July and I'm still waiting. They have missed 2 revised delivery dates. Now they don't even reply to my emails. The item that is outstanding is the Energizer twin cr2032 coin lithium ion battery pack. They sell it for R81. I've since the same item for R35 at Dischem. It's freely available. If the don't have stock they can buy it at Dischem and still make R46 profit. I told them this about 10 days ago in an email. Maybe they haven't bothered to read it.
