Disappointing Delay - Item Sold Without Stock

I placed an order for the Redragon Surara RBG Mechanical Gaming Keyboard on March 18th. My confirmation email clearly stated the latest expected shipping date was March 28th. However, on the actual deadline date, March 28th, I received an email informing me of a delay. The reason given was that loot.co.za had not yet received the item from their supplier, with an estimated new shipping date of April 3rd. Selling products that are not physically in stock and then notifying customers of delays only after the promised shipping deadline has passed is poor practice. This significantly impacts the expected delivery timeline and customer confidence.
