I was told by a agent my order would be sent out today. As my shipping would be done by post office Express so then I would have got my order tomorrow yet my order was not sent out I am a loyal loot cumsotmer for long now and I am very unhappy this order was a gift and now my brother is gonna be so Disappointed Because he's b day is on Saturday. We can confirm that the agents you spoke to you did try to expedite your order for you even though the expected dispatch date was for the 29th July. It was with regret that we were not able to dispatch your parcel today.
There is a possibility that the parcel will arrive at your post office on Saturday morning. Please refer to the email we have sent you, for further instructions.
Although the website quoted we would dispatch within 4-7 working days, we have managed to dispatch within 2 working days. We hope that this shows that Loot is still committed to exceeding expectations.
We appreciate your loyalty to us and again, we regret that your parcel did not leave today.

Yet my order was not Dispatch today either as promised I don't understand why you guys can not give a actual date that you will dispatch my order Because then you say it will be dispatch to day now I here it will only be dispatch on Monday this is very unprofessional service I understand my order says expected Dispatch date 29th bt still your agent told me it would be dispatch on I Thursday then on Thursday I got told it would be sent out today Friday now I am being told it will be sent out in Monday this is unacceptable because now I am hereing different stories And that's not right
