DESPATCH BROKEN ITEMS

Their website stays down,tell you they cannot enter a return request for you, you have to do it yourself, but there is 'an error' whichever way you try access your account on their website, for 6 days now, ' working on it', they despatch broken order and it states on the invocie -non returnable.....how can you despatch broken items. Unacceptable!
