Delivery was long in spite of paying more.
We paid extra for the fast delivery and it was a complete *******. I bought my husband an anniversary gift and its been four days since dispatch and STILL no delivery. Speed Services Courier is to blame too but Loot is the one who made the promises.

According to the Speed Services tracking system, your parcel is available for collection at Emerald Hill post office. You will be able to collect it by providing the tracking number provided in your dispatch email and SMS. These were sent on 27 July and contained information on how to track your parcel, and to advise that your parcel should be ready for collection at your post office the following day.
Please note that the delivery option \Express Post Office Counter\" was selected at checkout. This option means your order will be delivered to your post office for collection.
