Delivery of parcel.

Service was prompt and satisfactory, but something has been troubling me which prompts me to voice my concern. My son ordered a hard drive, which was delivered when I was at home. I was startled by a hard knocking at the front door, and without thinking of putting on a face mask, I jumped up to check at the open front window. It was Loot's driver, and he communicated and handed over the parcel to me through the open window. What disturbs me is the fact that the gentleman was not wearing a face mask. Something I would have expected to be mandatory when calling on a client. To get closure, I would appreciate a response from Loot.co.za.
