Delivery of goods ordered online

I needed to order a school text book and Loot was the only company that had stock. I placed the order on 4th June and today the 10th still have not received it... I normally order all goods from Takealot who ensures that i get my goods within 24hrs, latest 48hrs... We pay for a courier company to deliver the goods, surely this is to ensure that we get our goods quicker than using the post office. i have now received an email to say i will get my goods in the next 3 days, that mean 10 days has passed since i have placed an order... This is one of the reasons i will am reluctant to shop with [URL Removed]
