Delivery lies
I ordered a textbook on demand as I needed it to complete my assignment for my studies. I requested and paid extra to have it delivered in 1-3 days. I have now waited over a week for my book and my assignment deadline is overdue.

We have checked your order and noticed you placed it on 23rd April. I see you chose 1-3 days shipping however the book you ordered had an expected dispatch date of 7-11 working days, as we needed to order it in from our supplier. Therefor the estimated dispatch date was 11th May.
However I noticed that I supplier delivered it to us early and we were able to ship it out to you on Friday 29th April and it was delivered to your address on Tuesday 3rd May.
Please let us know if that is not the case and contact us directly either via email or phone.
