Delivery date out of the question

<p>I have sent multiple emails with regards to the Delivery of a product ordered on the 17/02/2017.</p> <p>The website indicates delivery within 2-3 days free of charge (Bargain right) and takealot has the same delivery days. So why choose Loot, I would save R170 so ofcourse I would choose Loot. </p> <p>Confirmed and paid the order,just to received an email confirming the expected date of DISPATCH is the 1st of March 2017.</p> <p>New email sent the 20th of February, just to receive an email dodging the cancelation of the order request.</p> <p>How to proceed forward from here? Do I mentioned it on the Whatsapp group of about 200 CTA students or not?</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist....</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards. </p> <p> </p>
