delivery book

I ordered and paid for the book, gave the company all my details, sat and wait and wait, then they come back to me claiming that I must pay R96 for them to deliver the book, because they tried 3 times without access to me, but no call from them to me saying they are by the gate, or buzz from intercom, no voice mail or message saying they struggling to get hold of me. all of a sudden I need to reload them with money again. Terrible service.
