Delivery

<p>I am really disappointed with Loot, i ordered on the 22nd of January and my order was in Stock and was dispatched on the 23rd of January 2017 and i still havent received my parcel when i track it i see it was delivered at a wrong place in Middelburg a number of times. My order is being deliver at a wrong place but no one tries to contact me. i tried sending e-mails to Loot but i am not getting feedback and when i e-mail the tracking company FEDEX they say my tracking number is invalid. I am really disappointed with this service after an excellent service i received the first time and to think i have recommeded Loot to a lot of students who are now buying their university books with them i am trully hurtby the service both from Loot and the tracking company they are using.</p>
