Delivering to a post office and not my work address

I have been ordering consistently for years from Loot. They have always delivered to my work address. This mo nth alone I've had 2 orders delivered to my address already. I shop at Loot so that I don't have to go to a mall. I am now standing in a que for over a hour at the post office to collect a parcel which they somehow say I chose this. Apparently my next order is coming here as well. Loot delivers at my work address on a weekly if not daily basis. They refused to correct the very obvious error and have shifted the blame on me. Why on earth would I suddenly want to go to a mall and stand in a que for am hour to get my parcel when my work is 1 km away and they deliver all the time. Also when they do deliver to my work address apparently I need to tell them to write my name so that it doesn't get lost at my company with thousands of employees. Never had to do this with any other courier. The name on my package is my work address, which is at the post office. The irony.
