Delays, Misinformation, extremely unhappy.

I've ordered from them multiple times over the last couple years. The first few times were great. The last few experiences hav been ****. I place an order, receive a delivery date, about a week before it should be delivered, the delivery date gets pushed back 1-2 weeks. I am currently waiting on a parcel ordered on 10 Dec 2020, it should have arrived 6 Jan 2021. On 30 Dec 2020 the delivery date was changed to earliest 18 Jan 2021. The customer service person could only say "Well it's being imported from the UK, so its stuck at the border and we can't expedite the process". How's about stop marking items as "in stock" when they actually still need to be ordered from the supplier. Also, nowhere near the items being ordered does it say it has to be imported. I highly doubt I will use their service again. I just hope I still get my parcel that I spent hundreds of rands on.
