Delayed delivery with no new delivery date and no response to emails

I placed an order on the 12th June. Obviously prepaid (R1,750) and was promised a delivery date of the 24th June. On the 30th June I received a mail saying there will be a delay and no new delivery date was offered. I have written to them twice requesting an update and there is still no new update. Very poor customer service. Very disappointing. Wondering if I have been conned and will never see a delivery or a refund. Back to Takealot for any more online orders.
