Delayed delivery

Avoid ordering from loot.co.za at all costs. My Christmas order was placed on the 24th of Nov 2019. It is now the 30th of Dec 2019 and I am yet to receive even one item from the order. I had to order alternate Christmas gifts from Takealot which arrived within a week. I emailed Loot several times enquiring about the late delivery and they **** that the order was already shipped when the delivery date continued to jump to a later date. Please don't waste your time!!!
