Delayed delivery

Ordered a game which the site said will be sent within 24 hours of payment received. Payment received on their end on Wednesday. After calling on Thursday and Friday about why the order was not sent yet, I was assured it would be sent on those days. It eventually was sent on Monday through Speed Services. Will most likey get what I bought 8 days after placing order.
