Delay in despatch

This has been the most frustrating experience, and I will definitely not be shopping with this online store again. I have purchased two textbooks of which in total cost over R 1000. Since placing the order the despatch date has changed... it is understandable that delays do occur! However, after calling a week before despatch date to make sure everything was on schedule to be told after calling three times on the day of despatch that the warehouse was apparently being moved for the past week is atrocious. This is ridiculous to be informed of at the last few hours of the date the goods are to be despatched! Why have a special on textbooks if you cannot deliver before the customers exam date??? You guys need to make customers aware of delays and so forth, we should not have to run after you after paying so much for items!
