Deception to Hook Customers

Rather stick to a more reputable online store even if it costs a bit more. I purchased a product that said ships in 2-4 days....more than a week later it hasn't shipped and there's no feedback. All just lies to get you on the hook then they take as long as they want. The fact that they do not even respond here says plenty about their customer service.
