****************! They don’t deliver goods and don’t return the money!

I ordered vitamins on the 13 Jan 2021 and delivery was meant to happen 21 Jan 2021. I then started receiving delays emails from loot to second week in Feb. I responded and sent numerous emails back saying it’s too long to wait and I need to cancel and request a refund. They then ignored my email and sent me one on the 2 Feb saying it is shipped and my order is complete only to discover it is 3 items out of 22 items! I called on the 3 Feb to again request refund of the remaining items which they said they are unable to do! Why loot? Why when you are in the wrong can you not cancel the order and do a refund? This is ****************! You keeping my money and not providing the goods on the original timeframe! People could be dead now because you don’t deliver and hold peoples money back!
