Damaged Harry Potter box set

I ordered a Harry Potter box set (which was not cheap!) And when I picked it up from the collection point it was 1. Not wrapped in anything other than flimsy, thin plastic. 2. Half of the plastic was torn. 3. There was a scuff mark on the box holding the books. 4. Most of the dust jackets of the books are bent and crinkled. 5. The pages of one of the books are torn and bent. 6. There were black smudges and fingerprints on the pages of another book.

I. Am. Disgusted.
