CUSTOMER SERVICE - NON EXISTING!

November 2019 I purchased 4 items for the on-line store LOOT.co.za. Two of the items were delivered in December, but the other two items, a microwave oven and a kettle is still outstanding. They do have the kettle in stock, but not the microwave oven. My problem is that their customer service is appalling. They do NOT reply to e-mails nether come back by calling after promising that they would. I will NEVER use LOOT again, and would not recommend them to anybody.
