Customer Service

Disappointed by the customer service at the Westlake Business Park collections point. The guy on duty(19/11/2021) literally kicked me out of the store just because I didn't see a piece of paper that says only 1 customer was allowed inside the store at a time. There are polite ways of conveying messages to clients. There was no greeting at all. Even when I came back when he was done with the previous customer. He just shouted "ÖRDER NUMBER "... For a first-time buyer I was thoroughly disappointed by the service, and having driven so far to collect my order only to get such a bad service.
