I'm dissapionted in Loot the first time i make use off them and for sure will be the last , i will never ever reference you to any other person cause you dissapoint . i order a game for my nephew the 27/10/2017 today not received my parcel . When i phoned i was told my parcel will only be desptached today the 12/12/2017 and the it will take another 3-5 working days before i receive my parcel , AND THE BEST PART IS THEY ARE IN TOKAI AND MY BILLING ADDRESS IS IN THE CBD 30MIN AWAY !!!!!BUT IT SEEMS I'M IMPORTING WHICH WOULD BEEN QUICKER ALSO. They are misleading when i ordered it said it takes 3-5 days nother i must hear its takes 3-5 working days after dispatch . I have emails from their staff saying its takes 3-5 working days . Hello Diana, We can confirm that the delivery method chosen is Economy courier which can take 1-3 business days for delivery to be done. However, if you are in Cape Town it can take less time for your parcel to get to you. Please do let us know if we can be of further assistance.
