******!! *******!! USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

ABSOLUTALLY USELESS! we ordered a product from loot, they failed to reach their delivery time, by weeks! then when receiving the good, it was faulty(LTE ****le) it wasn't aching advertised speeds by the site. They collected the product for 'testing' and the test results say it works, not how well it works just that it works... and now its the customers issue... LOOT are fighting the claim it may be our network, however we tried various network cards in it as well as comparing with other devices on same network, it didn't get over 1mbs its advertised to do 23. LOOT then claim oh the network we use maybe certain devices dont like the network, no where on the site does it state this device only works on particular network. we asked for a refund, well its been over a month and they are fighting left right and centre, after each email they keep asking would you like to proceed, and they want to take 15% of the value. They are ******, they are ******* they have no idea what they doing.
