Courier sent by loot speeding in my estate and loot does not want to take responsibility for the traffic fine .

I ordered at book for approximately R300 at loot and was duly delivered on the 8th September. They sent a courier to deliver and driver was advised that the speed limit in the estate is 40km/h or they will be fined . The driver was caught on camera doing 60kms/h. I then sent the pictures of the car, the drivers licence , the speed limit to loot.support. A lady by the name of Jenine VH, took the query and has been investigating now since 8 September 2021. Every week I send a mail to understand what the investigation was as she has all evidence provided. All she can tell me is , “we are still investigating” this was my 1st and last time I use loot.co.za : query no 96831
