Consumer not protected

I attempted to buy R4000 of products using zapper payment method. The payment was successfully however your website didn't process the order and returned the cart. The payment went off my account and I don't have my order. I emailed you all the proof of payment I possibly could and you are still investigating. It's been over a week and you still can't solve this. You have my money and I have nothing.
