Constant Failure to Deliver

This has to be the most useless online shopping store when it comes to delivery! Initial order placed 5 May, when they failed to deliver / advise of delay the order was cancelled 19 May, only to be dispatched 29 May. They would not refund as the purchase was done with a voucher from Multiply (who knows what Momentum were thinking with this partnership!) so the exact same order was placed (at inflated prices) on 2 June, due to be dispatched 15 June - again no correspondence about delay and the shipment has yet to be dispatched in spite of all goods being in stock when ordered. I urged anyone who is serious about actually receiving their goods NOT TO USE LOOT as you will be the exception to rule should you actually receive your items within the same month of the order being placed. Any feedback you do get from Channon is totally inaccurate (when they bother to respond).
