Constant delays to orders EVERY TIME

Every single time we have ordered books online at Loots we have had major issues - lead times of 5-10 working days turn into a month EVERY SINGLE TIME. No follow up with the customer when there are these sort of delays, not even an automated message to let one know. It is not a once off either - every order we have placed, we wait a month or more for the books to be sent, when we have specifically ordered them timeously for bookclub. If the books are coming from international suppliers and there could be delays, rather give a more realistic lead time (15-20 days for example) to ensure that any delays (which there seem to be ALL THE TIME) are accounted for. Very unimpressed! Interesting to see the amount of complaints on this site and yet not once has the business responded either!
