After my previous experience of an order taking very long a few months ago, I hesitantly ordered from Loot again. This time, they were exceptionally fast to process and despatch my order. In fact, I ordered it at 3:45pm and expected it to only be sent the following day if not later. I was pleasantly surprised when at 17h00 the same day I received the tracking details after it was sent. I received it 2 days later. Thank you, my faith in Loot.co.za is renewed, after a previous bad experience. Well done on turning things around.
