Completely Unprofessional

oot.co.za is a completely useless company

I regret every buying from them. . . . 1) Their turnaround time on emails does not exist 2) Delivery and lead times takes ages . 3) Basically no customer support that means anything 4) Returns/refunds takes FOREVER. . . . . 5) Limited items listed on their site.

I can not believe Multiply moved to Loot.co.za from Takealot. . . it saddens me to my core that I have to support Loot.co.za in order to benefit from my Multiply vouchers instead of Takealot.

I have been waiting over a month for a refund due to an order they could not deliver.
