Complete service failure

Three weeks after my order should have been dispatched already, Loot still have not even received the ordered items from their supplier.

The customer service is absolutely atrocious, to put it mildly. They have an inert inability to answer questions, and chose to respond with outdated information or something unrelated to the question you ask.

Sad to see what used to be a good company go down this way. If I could rate them zero stars, I would.
