COMPLAIN - POOR SERVICE LOOT.CO.ZA

i purchased seagate hdd on 12 August, paid for courier next day delivery wondered why deievery day is set for 21 August, but waited patiently, today 25 August I call and only receive the following email with NO delivery date?

Unfortunately, there has been a delay in receiving "Seagate Basic 2.5" Portable Hard Drive (USB 3.0)(5TB)", on which we're waiting for ETA feedback from our supplier.

We will continue to liaise with our suppliers and will advise as soon as we have been able to establish a realistic date for completing this order.
