Company missing in Action - Loot.co.cza

For some unexplained reason, Loot has gone 'offline'. Their customer Service line keeps playing the recording stipulating their office hours and asks that you call back during their operational hours even though one is calling during their operational hours.

No response to any email queries or even Facebook and Messenger messages.

From gleaming the Hello Peter site it is clear that there is a serious problem at Loot and they are not communicating with their clients the real problems.

I have an order outstanding since May 2020 of which they have received the goods and marked the order "In Process" however no further action has been taken on the order.

Last week I have received an email from Keegan telling me that the order has been dispatched, without a tracking number, till date nothing has been delivered.

I just wish that Loot will come clean with their customers about what is going on with their business.

An order I placed a day after this order was delivered on the 17th of June and since then all deliveries seems to have ceased.

Anyone from Loot that can please issue a statement to their customers instead of daily still advertising their business as they are clearly not addressing their business.
