communication from support

I recently bought a wireless headset from [URL Removed] first one died and they took around 2 weeks to replace it. i got the second one and broke in the first 2 weeks i got it. I know that it isnt [URL Removed] fault that the product broke and i give no fault to [URL Removed] for it. But their communication with what is happening with the second return is shocking.

I am waiting to see what is happening so that i can start looking for a different headset as that brand doesnt work at all.

I really recommend that [URL Removed] will change this and implement a more open and transparent communication to the clients.

Hello nicolaasstrecker,

We are so sorry that you have received two faulty headsets, and for the waiting period during the technical assessment. We can certainly understand your frustration with this situation.

We do regret that we have not communicated more regularly. However we can assure you that we are following up regularly with our suppliers who handle the assessment and testing of the product, and pressing them to complete their process as quickly as possible.

We will follow up and provide email and SMS feedback daily so that you are kept updated throughout this assessment process. We will do our very best to expedite the process in any way we can.

Apologies again for this inconvenience.

Kind regards,
Beryl Jearey.
