Non existent customer service, no reply to emails, trying to cancel order and it’s impossible. Loot were once a front runner for online shopping - they are on their last legs now. Do us all a favour @Loot.co.sa close down now so we don’t have to go through the pain of dealing with non delivery and terrible customer service. Will NEVER use your company again.
