Cheap Chinese Knock-offs!

This is to warn any persons considering purchasing the attractive offerings on Loot.co.za. Don’t. It is false advertising and the products they deliver are cheap knock-offs of the item you THINK you are purchasing. I ordered a HAWKMED infrared thermometer from Loot, at an excellent price. When the item arrived, it was nothing like the advertised item. It was a cheap, poor quality Chinese thermometer that does not work- at ALL. It cannot even turn itself on. Physical shops have a policy that what you saw marked a particular price, you get at that price. Not Loot. They have taken their merry time in responding to me to collect the item, no apology, no explanation and no mention of a refund. Apparently the courier is collecting the cheap ******* today. Again- no apology! Please avoid Loot. I regularly buy online and have never experienced anything like this. *******, *******, *******!!!
