Cancelled order refund

I cancelled an order and was told my funds would reflect back in my account in 3 days. It’s been 2 weeks and still nothing. I hate having to give such a low rating considering all my other orders have went well and I was satisfied but o have tried emailing them and asking for assistance on Twitter with no success.
