Buyers Avoid Loot.co.za - They are Pathetic

I placed and paid for my order on 10 April 2020. The Invoice reference is KCGN-270-BA20. This involved lockdown essentials. No sign of the goods on the expected delivery date. Emails sent were acknowledged by auto-responder email a day later, without dealing in any way with the concerns raised. Lately I demanded delivery by the next day or immediate refund of my money. A week later no response or sign of delivery or refund. This state of affairs is totally unacceptable and the Consumer Council needs to take action against such companies. They must not be allowed to abuse the consumer's trust. If they cannot apply sound business practices, they must be prevented from abusing unsuspecting buyers!
